your privacy
what is saved
Your details, your numbers, your check-ins, and your lists. That includes your name and location, payment and savings estimates, DTI, credit check-ins, assistance programs, lender estimates, offers, toured homes, journey milestones, contract dates, and first-year owner notes.
where it stays
This browser only. It isn't shared between your phone and laptop. If you clear your browser data, it's gone.
who sees it
Quen never sees your numbers. Without save my info, your entries stay in this browser. The site is hosted by Lovable, which counts visits and reports errors so the app keeps working. Those reports don't include anything you typed. If you use save my info with your email, we keep a copy of your entries in your account so you can get them back, and your email, first name, stage, state, keys-by month, and next move go to the email service so Quen can send your weekly next move. Your numbers themselves are never sent to the email service. Links to other websites follow those websites' privacy policies.
how to delete it
Open the menu and choose start over, then confirm. That clears all your Homebuyer HQ entries from this browser. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings.
